Middle leaders carry the work of turning school priorities into everyday practice

You may be expected to improve team practice, support colleagues and make whole-school priorities real, without having full control over time, resources or every decision. It is a demanding place to lead from.

This course helps middle leaders develop the clarity, influence and team routines that turn responsibility into purposeful action rather than simply more work for the person in the middle.

Lead a team with clearer conversations, shared routines and a workable route from priority to practice.

You'll leave able to

  • Lead colleagues with clarity, confidence and influence
  • Frame change in a way colleagues will join
  • Run meetings that produce decisions rather than minutes
  • Manage upwards and translate whole-school priorities into team practice
  • Set boundaries that protect your own teaching

Why Stockholm

Most courses run at our base in Vasastan, a few minutes' walk from Odenplan, with cafés and a park close by. We confirm the venue with each group before the course. Arlanda is about 40 minutes away by commuter train or airport coach, with no change needed. Between sessions there is time to walk by the water and reflect. We find people learn better that way.
