As part of the Erasmus+ programme, job shadowing gives educators the opportunity to observe everyday school practice, exchange ideas with colleagues and bring new perspectives back to their own schools.

The Nordic Learning Company helps schools across Europe arrange job shadowing experiences in Stockholm and throughout Sweden, connecting visiting educators with suitable Swedish schools based on their professional interests and learning goals.

Is a placement guaranteed?
Visits are subject to school calendars and host availability. An enquiry does not guarantee a placement or confirm Erasmus+ funding eligibility.
When should we book travel?
